ORDERS & AVAILABILTIY
Venour only accepts orders made through the website’s order system. Although Venour.com will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the goods displayed on the website are available. Venour.com cannot guarantee availability. When the order is received and the ordered goods are available, you will be sent a confirmation email.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
All products are shipped insured worldwide via TNT & UPS Postal services. Venour.com will process every order within three business days upon receipt of your payment. Shipping times depend on the country of destination. Venour.com cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

DISCLAIMER
Venour.com disclaims any liability for any losses or damages, as far as this is allowed by the laws of The Netherlands. If loss or damage by the forwarder, the customer receives a payback of the exact amount re-founded by the forwarder. If other than Dutch laws are applicable, Venour.com’s landiability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction.

RETURNS
All items have been quality checked prior to shipping. Venour.com will exchange or refund ordered goods only if they are damaged or defected  before shipping or through transportation. All items need to be returned to Venour.com with proof of purchase within 7 days upon receipt. Venour.com does not accept responsibility for loss or damage of returned goods during return transit. Venour.com strongly recommends the usage of a traceable system for the return of any item. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

EXCHANGE
You have 100% conversion rights within 7 days. The conversion duration can take up to 20 days after receiving your returned goods. We only accept goods returned in the original state of the manufacturer/label. Use a parcel to make sure the original packaging and goods are not damaged. Check that the return postage is sufficient. If the return postage is not enough we will be subtract the cost from the amount that should be refunded.

Venour.com uses a secure socket layer (ssl) protocol to protect your information against any leakage or misuse. All parcels are shipped by TNT or UPS international. You can choose between priority or economy shipping.
